Put everything in a magic jelly jar, clean with a tight fitting lid and shake

This is nice on a salad with say, cold rice noodles, cabbage or bok choy, fresh basil or mint, shredded carrots & radishes, cucumbers, maybe some nice marinated tofu chunks (but that's another story...)
